With over 15 years of experience as a legal operations professional and paralegal, Lorraine has supported law firms and business clients with entity maintenance, real estate, estate planning, probate, and client relations, managing legal workflows, filings, deadlines, and multi-state administrative systems.
Lorraine leads daily operations and client service, with direct responsibility for the Registered Agent and Annual State Compliance services that clients depend on. Known for her attention to detail and responsiveness, she keeps filings accurate, deadlines met, and businesses in good standing in every state where they are registered.

Today, Hansel serves as an equity partner and advisor, while Lorraine Putzel, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, leads daily operations and client service.
